Navigating Your Way Through OWCP

First of all, I would like to present a shadow picture to back fill what a tremendous job that Debra Hauser did for me in my OWCP case. During my 26 years of working as a R.N., I suffered injury that I won't bore you with endless details. However, shortly after filing a Workers Compensation claim with my federal agency (VA), it was apparent they were going to fight me at every turn and deny the existence of my injury. Attempting to navigate your way through the timelines, forms and paperwork involved is next to impossible without an attorney. OWCP / DOL makes it weigh towards their advantage. If you miss one timeline or deadline, you're automatically denied your OWCP claim. If not for the skilled and stellar knowledge that Debra Hauser has in presenting OWCP case files, I would have failed or had my claim denied; requiring a lengthily appeal. She was successful in getting my claim accepted the first time without denial. I have found her to be knowledgeable of OWCP / DOL law, skilled in rebuttal along with compassion and true understanding of the pain I was going through; a prayer answered. Ms. Hauser has fought hard to get me to this place. If not for her, I would have lost everything. Once again, a prayer was answered when I found Debra Hauser! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your tireless work you do to help protect federal employees, injured on the job. Sincerely, Holly
